Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We make every effort to ensure our product imagery reflects the item as accurately as possible. That said, slight variations in colour tone or appearance may occur due to photographic lighting, screen display settings, and natural batch variation. If you would like additional images or personalised assistance before placing your order, our team is always here to help.
Where can I view my order confirmation or invoice?
Your sales receipt will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been confirmed. If you created an account, you may also be able to view your order history and purchase details by logging in. If you have not received your receipt, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.
How can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within the timeframe outlined in our returns policy, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened hair products unless they are confirmed to be faulty. Please contact us with your order number before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Many of our best-selling items are restocked regularly; however, restock timing may vary by shade, length, and collection. In some cases, an item may be discontinued. Where available, you can sign up on the product page to receive an email notification once the item returns to stock.
