How do I place an order?
Browse our website, select your desired jersey, choose your size and quantity, then proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, your order is confirmed automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
How do I know my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your full order details. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order has not entered the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

What if I never receive my order?

Yes. All payments on VeXaKit are processed through SSL-encrypted, certified payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers. For an additional layer of protection, you can also pay via PayPal’s buyer protection.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original packaging and tags intact
Please contact our customer service team before returning any item to receive return instructions.
Can I return a customized jersey?
Customized jerseys with personalized names, numbers, or patches cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Please double-check all customization details before confirming your purchase.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. If the size doesn’t fit, you can request a size exchange. Please note that customers may need to cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
