Products
- Is this hair extension 100% human hair?
- Absolutely! All our hair extensions are made of 100% human hair—no synthetic mixes at all. You can style it just like your own hair.
- Can I dye or bleach the hair extensions?
- Yes, you can! Since it’s real human hair, dyeing or bleaching works. But we suggest going 1-2 shades lighter only, and better to let a professional stylist do it to avoid damage.
- How long do these hair extensions last?
- With proper care, they usually last 1-3years. If you wash and style gently (avoid too much heat), they’ll stay in good shape longer.
- How much hair do I need for a full head?
- For thin to medium hair, 2 packs (each 100g) are enough. If your hair is thick, 3 packs would be better to get a full, natural look.
- Do the hair extensions shed a lot?
- A little shedding at first is normal (like your own hair!). But if you brush gently with a wide-tooth comb, it won’t shed excessively.
- What colors do you offer?
- We have natural colors like black, brown, blonde, and also ombre, balayage, and highlighted shades. I send you color ring photo for reference.
- What’s the weight of each pack?
- Most packs are 50-150g each. If you need heavier packs (like 200g, etc), we can arrange that too.
- Is the hair ethically sourced?
- Yes! We only use raw materials from voluntary donors (no forced hair collection). All our sourcing is ethical and legal.
- Do you have a warranty for the hair extensions?
- Yes. If you have problem of our hair, send us the photo or video first, then we can arrange pick up to send back to us. After receiving it, our quality inspection department will conduct an inspection. If it is confirmed that there is a quality problem with the hair, we will refund or send you new replacement.
- Does the hair extensions have a strong smell?
- No, just a slight natural hair smell (from washing during production). It’ll go away after the first wash with your favorite shampoo.
- Do the hair extensions look natural? Will people notice I’m wearing them?
- If you choose the right color, length, and texture, they’ll blend perfectly—no one will tell! Many customers say people ask if it’s their real hair.
- Do you have a catalog I can look at?
- Absolutely! I’ll send you a PDF catalog with all our products, colors, and lengths right away.
- How do I know which color to choose?
- We will send the color chart photo, you can choose color refer to our color ring. We dyed color strictly according to the color chart.
- Do the hair extensions stretch when wet?
- A little stretch is normal (like real hair), but it’ll go back to its original length when dry. Don’t pull it when wet—wait until it’s damp to brush.
Usage Instructions
- Can I use heat tools (curling irons, straighteners) on them?
- Yes! Just set the heat below 350°F (180°C) to protect the hair. And always use a heat protectant spray before styling.
- Are the hair extensions easy to install by myself?
- Clip-in ones are super easy—you can do it in 10 minutes! Tape-in or sew-in Keratin need stylist to do it.
- Are the tape-in extensions reusable?
- Yes! After removing the old tape, you can replace it with new tape tabs (we sell them separately) and reuse the hair 2-3 times.
- Can I sleep with the hair extensions?
- It’s okay for clip-in/tape-in, but we suggest braiding them loosely or wearing a silk bonnet to prevent tangling. Sew-in extensions are fine to sleep in.
- How do I remove tape-in extensions?
- Use our special tape remover spray—spray it on the tape, wait 1 minute, then gently peel them off. Don’t pull hard, or you’ll damage your natural hair.
- Can I use hairspray or mousse on them?
- Yes, but use alcohol-free products—alcohol dries out the hair. And make sure to wash them regularly to remove product buildup.
- Can I cut the hair extensions to match my haircut?
- Yes! You can cut them just like your own hair—just make sure to use sharp hair scissors. A stylist can help get the perfect length.
- What if the hair extensions get tangled? How do I fix it?
- Use a wide-tooth comb and start brushing from the ends up (not the roots). If it’s really tangled, apply a little conditioner and let it sit for 5 minutes before brushing.
- Can I use dry shampoo on the hair extensions?
- Yes, it’s a great way to keep them fresh between washes. Just use a little—too much can cause buildup.
- How often should I replace the tape for tape-in extensions?
- Every 4-6 weeks, when you notice the tape starting to loosen. Replacing the tape keeps the extensions secure.
Aftercare
Brush gently, avoid heat over 350°F, wash with sulfate-free products, air dry when possible, and store them properly. These small steps make a big difference!
How do I wash the hair extensions?
Use sulfate-free shampoo and lukewarm water. Lather gently (don’t rub hard), then rinse.
Does the hair get frizzy?
Not if you care for it right! Avoid humidity (use anti-frizz serum) and don’t wash it too often—2-3 times a week is enough.
How do I store the hair extensions when not using them?
Keep them in a dry, cool place—preferably in the original box or a silk bag. Brush them first to avoid tangles before storing.
Do you have any tips for making the hair extensions last longer?
