Order data (including delivery address, transaction records, etc.): Retained for 3 years after the completion of the transaction, and destroyed or anonymized in accordance with relevant regulations upon expiration.

Deleting personal information: After logging into the account, enter the “My – Personal Center – Edit Profile” to delete optional information such as avatar, nickname, and interest tags; necessary information (mobile phone number, account password) can only be deleted by canceling the account.

Canceling the account: After logging into the account, enter “My – Settings – Account Security – Cancel Account”, complete the mobile phone number verification, submit the cancellation application, and the cancellation will be completed after approval.

Withdrawing authorization: After logging into the account, enter “My – Settings – Privacy Permissions” to withdraw authorization for optional information such as geographic location.

(III) Special Restrictions

After the user’s account is canceled, the original mobile phone number cannot be used to re-register an account within 7 days.

V. Data Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure

We will not share or transfer users’ personal information with any third parties. Since there are no third-party cooperation scenarios in the business, we will not disclose user information to third parties.

Except as required by laws and regulations, or by judicial organs or administrative departments in accordance with the law. In such cases, we will cooperate with relevant requirements within the scope of compliance and take reasonable measures to protect users’ rights and interests.
